The scope of this project included moving some supply air diffusers and deleted one supply air diffuser to accommodate the remodel. 2. The base HVAC systems and controls were not modified and are operating in the same condition as they were prior to the remodel. 3. The purpose of the TAB report is to provide the owner with an understanding of how the existing systems are performing compared to the original design documents. 4. The Owner will use the TAB report to inform the scope of work for a future project to recommission the HVAC system to resolve any airflow and/or control issues. 1. The fan powered box is below the original design airflow for Parallel Fan cooling but is providing adequate air flow for code required powered VAV REV ventilation and heating. Box - FBP-8 2. Space comfort in cooling mode will be an issue under peak load conditions until resolved. 1.
