To Whom It May Concern,
A representative of KRM Consultants, Inc. reviewed photographs and discussed the
placement, spacing and dimensions of the epoxy dowel reinforcements at the interface of
the new and existing concrete foundation elements for the residence located at 814 Potato
Patch Drive located in Vail, Colorado. Based upon review of the photographs and
reported information, the installation, rebar type, size and placement at the concrete
foundation elements appears to have been completed in general conformance with KRM
Consultants, Inc. approved plans and specifications.
This opinion pertains solely to the epoxy dowels at the concrete foundation elements and
is based upon information provided by others. This letter is not intended as a product or
service warrantee.
