Project Description:
A water leak in the Loft Mechanical Room damaged the Master Bath and Kitchen. Steam Master did the
demolition and dry out: TOV permit #D18-0002. We are replacing the Kitchen and Master Bath finishes with
slightly different configurations. Kitchen: we are moving a structural column out of the Kitchen to the Living
Room and moving the sink from the exterior wall to the island. Master Bath: the spa tub is being replaced
with a free standing tub in the same location.
