Remove main room ceiling affected from water damage about 11 x 18 area. We will also remove affected
insulation. In the lower bedroom (Den) we are removing most of the ceiling 16 x 11 feet - If insulation is
affected we will remove that too. Bath ceiling has the same issue around a 3 x 5 area. Drying equipment will
be placed after to dry the studs. Put back after the drying will be done by others.
