Please find attached a copy of the staff approval for the Tom Jaffe duplex plat. Please note the correction
required prior to printing of the plat on mylars listed under the conditions of approval. Please make these
corrections and then submit two signed mylar copies of the plat with all certificates completed, except the
Administrator Certificate and the Clerk and Recorder Certificate.
Additionally, please submit a check paid to the order of the Eagle County Clerk and Recorder in the amount of
the recordation fees. Once these items have been submitted to the Town of Vail, the Town Clerk will record the
approved plat with the Eagle County Clerk and Recorder.
