The site plan included with the building permit application
shows the proposed restroom quite a distance away from the
exisitng stand of trees. In an on site meeting with Jeff
Babb of Vail Resorts and Town Staff it was determined that
the restroom facility would be located in a naturally
occuring notch/indent on the eastern side of the exisitng
tree stand approximately in the middle of the north south
length of the trees. It was determined that this was the
best location to provide the mu�imum amount of screeriing by
existing trees. If it is necessary for staff to meeting the
applicant on site to reaffirm the location prior to the
start of construction please call Warren Campbell at
970-479-2148 and schedule a meeting on site.
