We are applying fora permit for Four Seasons unit 4102 Tenant improvements:
1) Scope of Work:
• Relocate and add fire sprinkler heads for new tenant layout. No more than 5 sprinkler heads will
be added. We will utilize existing pipe to arm over to new head locations. All heads that are
removed will be replaced with new sprinkler heads of like type.
2) Materials:
• This unit is steel pipe with ductile iron fittings and Tyco RFII 5.6k Concealed Sprinkler Heads.
• All new material to match existing. Hangers to be Tolco Ring Hangers with appropriate structural
attachments.
