Fire Protection System —Colorado Ballroom/Pre-function/Conference Rooms
Mr. Vaughn:
Rondinelli Life Safety was on-site on December 20, 2018, to perform pre-testing of the fire
protection systems in the renovation of the Colorado Ballroom/Pre-function/Conference
Rooms. Testing began with Alarm Specialists at approximately 1:00pm and ended at 2:30pm.
Below you find my comments and observations from today.
1. All smoke detectors located in the ballrooms, conference, pre-function, and corridor
were activated using aerosol smoke. Each device successfully reported an alarm
condition at the FACP as well as verified that the device address and location matched
the location in the FACP.
2. Manual pull station located in the main corridor were activated and the location of the
pull station was confirmed at the FACP. All horns and strobes successfully activated, and
all strobes were in sync with each other.

• The electrical breaker panel doors located in the Mountain View Conference Room
