OF AN EXISTING TOWN HOME AT THE MEADOW
MOUNTAIN TOWNHOME COMPLEX IN THE EAST
VAILNEIGHBORHOOD OF VAIL, CO.
PROJECT INCLUDES NEW FINISHES THROUGHOUT.
ADDITIONALLY THERE WILL BE SOME MINOR
STRUCTURAL AND INTERIOR WALL MODIFICATIONS
AS WELL AS RELOCATION OF GAS, PLUMBING AND
ELECTRICAL SERVICES WHICH WILL ALL BE
PERMITTED SEPERATELY BY THE RESPONSIBLE
TRADESMEN. THE EXISTING WOOD BURNING
FIREPLACE IS TO BE REMOVED AND REPLACED
WITH A NEW GAS APPLIANCE. AS THERE IS A
CRAWL SPACE WITHIN THE UNIT ACCESS TO
SERVICES AND THEIR RELOCATION WILL NOT
