Conditions
CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH PERMITS BECOME VOID:
If construction is not begun within 6 months from the date permit was issued.
If more than 5 months elapses between inspections.
If incorrect information is given on the application at the time the permit was issued.
- Design team shall provide riser diagrams for all plumbing and fuel gas showing pipe sizes and fixture counts, BTU's and length for the
gas piping - IFGC & IPC 106.3.3 and IFGC 402.4.3.
- Must receive DRB approval for window package change reflected in latest drawings.
- Permit, plans, contractor registration and insurance must be posted on site prior to an inspection request.
- No changes to these plans maybe made without the written consent of Town of Vail staff and/or the appropriate review committee(s).
- Prior to the issuance of a final certificate of occupancy, the applicant shall have completed all site and landscaping improvements as
shown on the approved Design Review Board.
