This letter is to a"cknowledge· Board approval at Mountain Meadow
unit 1-2 for exterior· door replacement with the following
conditions:
· 1. Cor:istruction shal.I be in accordance with the submitteq
application and foil ow Town of Vail requirements.
2. All ~aterials to mat.ch existing finish and color.
3. All construction debris to be_ cleaned up on a daily basis .
.4. Homeowner will be responsible for all costs associated with
. · the project ..
5. The builder and any sub-contractors agree that they have
no financial or legal recourse against the HOA, for any
reason what so ever.
6. Construction activity be performed Monday -Friday 8 am to
5pm and no work on Holidays.
