LIQUOR LICENSING AUTHORITY
15 June, 1977
9:00 A.M.
Members of the Liquor Board present:
Sallie Hanlon, Chaired
Barbara Parker
Packy Walker
Rob Buterbaugh
Number one on the agenda, Renewal of Liquor License
for Finnegan's Olde Place: Rob Buterbaugh moved to approve this
renewal, Barbara Parker seconded, the Motion carried unanimously.
Expansion of the Golf Course Restaurant with food and drink
cart service throughout the golf course. Presentation by Jack Goehl.
Motion was made to approve by Rob Buterbaugh, seconded by Barbara Parker
and unanimously agreed on by the Board.
Fulton Iron Works, Application for Liquor License
for single owner and trade name change to: Iron Works at Vail.
Presentation by owner, Mrs. Penelope Brittingham. Motion made to
approve Application for Liquor License by Barbara Parker and seconded
by Rob Buterbaugh, Board unanimously agreed.
Arts License - Vail Institute. Reviewed by the Board, holding their
approval pending approval by the local liquor inspector, Chuck Dotson,
regarding bathroom facilities. The Board moved to waive the Town's fee
for the license,asking that the fee to the State of Colorado be paid.
Upon notification from a Vail Institute representation, the Board will
be polled by telephone.
Change of stockholders —Vail Food Service, Vail Associates, Inc.
This form sent to VA for name change per their request (Bass removed, Marshall
put on) Character investigation report to the P.D. 6/14/77. Board has
tabled until the next meeting, July 20, 1977.

forms for single owner of Iron Works at Vail
with check enclosed.
