The Authority heard statements from the licensee (Hospitality Investments, Inc., dba Denali's) regarding the violation on premises. It was the opinion of the Authority that a violation did indeed take place as reported and voted to suspend the Hotel /Restaurant License on the premises for three days. One day to be assessed on Monday, March 14, 1983 and two days to be held in suspension pending an application for transfer of stockholders in the corporation holding the license for the premises. The application for transfer of stockholders is scheduled to be heard by the Authority at their next regular meeting on April 13, 1983. If, at that time, the application, for any reason is not presented to the Authority for consideration, the other two days suspension will be assessed immediately. For the Council's general information, Mr. Thomas Atcheson will be resigning effective the April 13th meeting and Mr. Stu Sachs, recently appointed by the Council will assume his permanent position on the Authority. Respectfully Submitted,
