If the applicant for any license under this article is a corpora- tion not subject to the reporting requirements of the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, it shall submit with the application the names and addresses of all its officers and directors and a copy of its articles of incorporation; and if a foreign corpora- tion, evidence of its qualification to do business within this state. In addition each corporate applicant not subject to the reporting requirements of the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, shall submit the names and addresses of all persons own- ing any shares of the outstanding or issued capital stock. B. Any transfer of the capital stock, and any change in officers or directors of the corporation, of any corporation holding a license under the provisions of the Colorado Liquor Code and which is not subject to the reporting requirements of the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, shall be reported to the re- spective licensing authorities within ten days after such transfer or change. C. Corporate licensees subject to the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, shall submit the names and addresses of all persons owning 5% or more of the outstanding or issued capital stock, not more than ten days after such ownership occurs, and shall submit the names and addresses of all corporate officers within ten days after their appointments.
