and an officer and director or Woo's Company, Inc.,
falsely stated on his liquor license application filed with
the Town of Vail Local Licensing Authority on April 12, 1988,
that, excluding minor traffic violations, he had never been
convicted of a crime.
7. Notification of the Board of a leaseback from Vail Holdings So noted.
