DAB Investments, Inc., dba, the Holiday Inn - Chateau Vail - Marco Antonio Almaraz b. Vail Ventures, ltd. /Can Am Vail Assoc./ Cascade Club, ltd., dba, Achilles - Andy Rothman c. Southland Corporation, dba, Seven Eleven Stores #20738 - Hank Miller d. Starr Pizza Slices, Inc., dba, Rocky Rococo Pan Style Pizza - Bruce Johnson e. Consideration of the Board of the following corporate structure changes: a. Chart House, Inc., dba, the Chart House 1) General Counsel /Secretary - William R. Kuntz, Jr., replacing Andrew B. Ezell 2) Director - John S. Harrison, replacing Daniel S. O'Connell 3) Director - Richard F. Thornburgh, number of directors increased to nine b. Vail Holdings Group, Inc., dba, the Raintree Inn 4. PUBLIC HEARING - Consideration of the Board of a suspension /revocation hearing for the Hotel/ Restaurant Liquor License currently held by Arizona DTM Vail, Inc., dba, the Vail Doubletree Hotel, with the grounds for suspension or revo- cation as follows: On January 10, 1' Vail, Inc., dba, malt, vinous, or Romero, a person in violation of amended. 389, the licensee, Arizona DTM the Vail Doubletree Hotel, sold spirituous beverages to Van Elmer under the age of twenty -one years, C.R.S. 12- 47- 128(1)(a), as 5.
