PUBLIC HEARING - Consideration of the Authority of a Corporate Structure change for Tyrolean Inn, Inc. A. 100% Transfer from Jackalope, Inc. to JMH, LLC DBA Jackalope Cafe and Cantina Approved 4-0 Justin Hurley, President Margaret Hurley, Secretary Note: A temporary Liquor License was approved far Jackalope by the Autharity at their Februaty 11, 1998 meeting. 6. Approved 3-0 Next regular meeting of the Vail Local Licensing Authority will be Wednesday, July 8, 1998. 11. Special meeting starting at 10:30 a.m. with Liquor Licensing Authority, all Town of Vail liquor establishment owners and representatives, Vail Police Department, Public Works and Transportation personnel regarding over service, sales to minors, and other matters. Dave Chapin, Chairman of the LLA, introduced the Vail P.D. personnel to the local liquor establishment representatives. LOCAL LICENSING AUTHORITY SPECIAL MEETING AGENDA JUNE 10,1998 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Dave Chapin, Chairman of the Town of Vail Local Licensing Authority to address Town of Vail liquor establishments and introduce Officers John Dodson, Susan Douglas and John Ferguson of the Vail P.D. 2. Officers John Dodson, Susan Douglas and John Ferguson of the Vail P.D. to discuss concerns and issues of late night over service, sales to minors, etc. John Sheehan, from the Transportation Dept. and Larry Grafel, Director of Public Works will discuss bus incidences and issues and will site examples. 4. Additional discussion, questions and possible solutions and ideas from all persons present. 5. Adj ournment.
