Vail, Colorado, at 7:30 p.m. on the 5th day of December, 797$, in the Council Chambers of the
Town of Vail Municipal Building, for the purpose of considering the adoption of the Uniform
Building Code, 1976 edition, published by the International Conference of Building Officials,
5360 South Workman Mi7T Road, Whittier, California, regulating and controlling the design,
construction, use and occupancy, location and maintenance of all buildings and structures
within the Town of Vail, and to consider providing penalties for the violations of provisions
of the proposed code and this ordinance, setting forth amendments to the published code;
providing far the repeal of certain ordinances, providing for the maintenance of official copies
of the proposed code; providing for revisions to the code of the Town of Vail and providing for
the sale of copies of the proposed code if adopted.
Copies of the Uniform Building Code, 1976 Edition and of the secondary codes incorporated by
