BACKGROUND RATIOIVALE: The TOV-VA Community Task Force, in its long-term visioning/planning role, is serving as a catalyst for a community planning process which vvould address Vail's continuing economic viability and its vitality as a community. The Task Force, assisted by Chris Cares of RRC Associates and TOV staff, has drafted a problem statement, "givens" for the effort, and a process flow chart. Council's input on those items will assist the Task Force as it moves forward with this community strategic planning effort. 4:00 P.M. 4. Information Update. 4:10 P.M. 5.
