This date is the date at which the current SDD approval will expire. The DRB approval has been extended once already. However, the DRB approval will expire on 10/13/09, and has lead to some confusion with the lenders when considering financing on this project. This extension will allow all approvals to expire on the same date. I have attached a DRB application form, the most recent ordinance approving the amendment to the SDD with regards to Cascade Residences, and the prior extension form for the DRB approval. Also, if you could please update the project name and owner in your system so that the current info appears on future approval forms, that would be great.
