That said, 4 groups were booked and 10 new leads were generated during the month, and 2017 travel and tradeshow planning kept the team busy moving forward. We remain well positioned for 2017 and beyond with a strong pipeline of business and a healthy increase of business on-the-books. VVP exhibited at 1 meeting industry tradeshow 280 meeting planner attendees 62 one-on-one appointments VVP hosted 1 site and FAM tour to drive group business to Vail: 180 potential room nights VVP hosted 0 client events in December   VVP exhibited at 26 meeting industry tradeshows: 8,057 meeting planner attendees 1,201 one on one sales appointments VVP hosted 20 site and FAM tours to drive group business to Vail: 18,136 potential room nights VVP hosted 7 client events: 207 planners reached
