Executive Summary:
June is typically a “slower” month for future business as it is a busy group month & many
planners are producing current programs; that said, lead generation remains on target with past
years and the future pipeline remains solid with good momentum throughout 2017 and beyond.
The above metrics do not include “space available” programs such as weddings and large
sporting events (specifically the valley-wide baseball event expected to use over 11,000 room
nights) or Cvent lead generation through our advertising platform.
