The above metrics do not include “space available” programs such as weddings and large sporting events (specifically the valley-wide baseball event expected to use over 11,000 room nights) or Cvent lead generation through our advertising platform. VVP exhibited at 5 meeting industry tradeshows: 2,941 meeting planner attendees 92 one-on-one appointments VVP hosted 1 site and FAM tour to drive group business to Vail: 175 potential room nights VVP hosted 1 client event in June: 23 meeting planner attendees   VVP exhibited at 18 meeting industry tradeshows: 4,386 meeting planner attendees 498 one on one sales appointments VVP hosted 9 site and FAM tours to drive group business to Vail: 5,083 potential room nights VVP hosted 5 client events: 99 meeting planner attendees
