Executive Summary:
July was a strong month with 17 new leads generated and 5 group programs booked for Vail.
Future pipeline is down as we have more groups on the books and have converted leads into
confirmed programs. Cvent bookings are up 21% year over year and are not reflected in pipeline
or lead numbers above.
The above metrics do not include “space available” programs such as weddings and large
sporting events (specifically the valley-wide baseball event expected to use over 11,000 room
nights).
