Due to these bookings, our room night pipeline has shrunk a bit over the past month as these leads were converted into confirmed business. The above metrics do not include “space available” programs such as weddings and large sporting events (specifically the valley-wide baseball event expected to use over 11,000 room nights). VVP exhibited at 4 meeting industry tradeshows: 2,699 meeting planner attendees 150 one-on-one appointments VVP hosted 1 site and FAM tour to drive group business to Vail: 800 potential room nights VVP hosted 0 client events in August:   VVP exhibited at 26 meeting industry tradeshows: 7,206 meeting planner attendees 755 one on one sales appointments VVP hosted 12 site and FAM tours to drive group business to Vail: 6,065 potential room nights VVP hosted 6 client events: 129 meeting planner attendees
