Executive Summary:
August was an excellent month with 15 group bookings, including a large program for 2020 and
2022. Due to these bookings, our room night pipeline has shrunk a bit over the past month as
these leads were converted into confirmed business.
The above metrics do not include “space available” programs such as weddings and large
sporting events (specifically the valley-wide baseball event expected to use over 11,000 room
nights).
