Executive Summary:
Group sales ended 2017 on a high note with 17 new leads generated, and continued positive
momentum with room nights on the books continues to trend positively year-over-year (+13%
this year, +41% for future years) and the future pipeline remains strong. December is
traditionally a slow month for group sales so the positive momentum is a good sign. 2018 is
pacing ahead as well.
