Executive Summary:
The Knowland database – approved at the April VLMDAC meeting – will be implemented as of
June 1 and will give the sales team access to a comprehensive CRM tool to target new group
business. Overall group business trends are positive and we will be providing a seasonal in-depth
summary moving forward with feedback from VLMDAC.
