Executive Summary:
Lead generation and bookings continue to pace above 2017 and in-the-year business is up
significantly. Future year leads in the system are well above last year; however, on the books
numbers are impacted by the loss of FBLA and CML large repeat programs. Site tour (custom
familiarization tours) continue to exhibit strong ROI and high conversion.
