2009 REGULAR MONTHLY MEETING DATES
• Tuesday, January 27
• Tuesday, February 24
• Thursday, March 19: Joint ineeting between CSE and VLMDAC/location TBD
Beginning on April 1, 2009, the regular monthly meeting of the CSE will be held on
the lst Wednesday of each month, beginning at 8:30 a.m. in the Vail Town Council
Chambers. Special meetings may be scheduled when deemed necessary.

• September 2008/TBD: Joii7t ineeting between CSE and VLMDAC

• October 2009/TBD: Joint meeting with ERC, CSE and Local Event Producers
• Wednesday, November 4: Presentation of RFP's for 2010 Events. All day ineeting.
• Wednesday, December 2: 2009 Funding Allocations deternuned
