Roberts has been a proven leader in marketing research among his peers, colleagues, and employer; Vail Resorts Management Company. Jason was employed with Vail Resorts Management Company
for over 10 years, and possesses hands on experience in marketing research and product management within ski/snowboard operations, resort golf operations, hospitality, rental and retail,
and transportation services. He has designed, implemented, and executed marketing research projects in each of these sectors of the Resort Company involving guest satisfaction, segmentation,
new product development, pricing, brand assessment, on‐line research panel development, and modeling. Results from these studies have helped optimize revenues for new products, provide
direction for strategic marketing plans, increase accountability, and reduce marketing costs. Jason holds certifications in SPSS for Windows: the Basics, Statistical Analysis using SPSS,
Introduction to Clementine and Data Mining, Predictive Modeling using Clementine, and Advanced Market Research – Conjoint Analysis. Jason is a member of the MRA (Marketing Research Association)
