2012 MEETING SCHEDULE: Revised 1/26/12
The regular monthly meetings of the CSE are normally held on the 1st Wednesday of each
month, beginning at 8:30 a.m. in the Vail Town Council Chambers.
Special meetings may be scheduled when deemed necessary.
• Wednesday, January 4 : No Regular CSE MEETING
• Wednesday, February 1: Regular monthly CSE meeting
• Wednesday, February 1: 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.: Brown Bag Lunch
Annual joint meeting between ERC, CSE and Local Event Producers
• Wednesday, March 7: Regular monthly CSE meeting
• Wednesday, April 4: Regular monthly CSE meeting
• Wednesday, May 2: No Regular CSE MEETING
• Wednesday, June 6: Regular monthly CSE meeting
• **Thursday, June 21: Joint Meeting with VLMDAC @ VLMDAC
• Wednesday, June 27 : Regular monthly CSE meeting: rescheduled from July 4
• Wednesday, August 1: Regular monthly CSE meeting
• Wednesday, September 5: Regular monthly CSE meeting
• Wednesday, October 3: Regular monthly CSE meeting
• ***Monday, October 15***: Deadline for submittal of 2013 Funding Applications

• Wednesday, November 7: Regular Monthly CSE Meeting/Review of RFP’s for 2013 Events.

• **Thursday, November 15: Presentation of 2013 CSE Funding Allocations to the VLMDAC
• **Tuesday, December 4: Presentation of 2013 CSE Funding Allocations to the Vail Town
Council for their approval
