2013 MEETING SCHEDULE
The regular monthly meetings of the CSE are normally held on the 1st Wednesday of each
month, beginning at 8:30 a.m. in the Vail Town Council Chambers.
Special meetings may be scheduled when deemed necessary.
• Wednesday, January 9 : Regular monthly CSE meeting (rescheduled from January 2)
• Wednesday, February 6: Regular monthly CSE meeting
• Wednesday, Feb. 6 or March 6: 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.: Brown Bag Lunch- depending on
whether online permit program is ready.
Annual joint meeting between ERC, CSE and Local Event Producers
• Wednesday, March 6: Regular monthly CSE meeting
• Wednesday, April 3: Regular monthly CSE meeting
• Wednesday, May 1: Regular monthly CSE meeting
• Wednesday, June 5: Regular monthly CSE meeting
• **Thursday, June 20: Joint Meeting with VLMDAC @ VLMDAC
• Wednesday, July 3 : Regular monthly CSE meeting
• Wednesday, August 7: Regular monthly CSE meeting
• Wednesday, September 4: Regular monthly CSE meeting
• Wednesday, October 2: Regular monthly CSE meeting
• **Thursday, October 17: Joint Meeting with VLMDAC @ VLMDAC
• ***Monday, October 21***: Deadline for submittal of 2014 Funding Applications
• Wednesday, November 6: Regular Monthly CSE Meeting/Review of RFP’s for 2013 Events.
• **Wednesday, November 13: Final 2013 Funding Allocations Determined
• **Thursday, November 14: Presentation of 2013 CSE Funding Allocations to the VLMDAC
• **Tuesday, December 3: Presentation of 2013 CSE Funding Allocations to the Vail Town
Council for their approval
• Wednesday, December 4: Regular monthly CSE meeting
