Objectives/Strategies
Objective: Leverage existing KOM event to accomplish several key results:
1) Draw greater overnight visitation from non-volleyball players
2) Generate greater community and in-town visibility
3) Increase and amplify Vail brand alignment
4) Set stage for future growth
Strategies:
1) Secure involvement of marquee name Volleyball personalities
2) Build out in-village activation in order to attract passers-by
3) Create partnership with AVP and expand local producer partnership
4) Leverage VLMDAC marketing efforts (FR/web/digital domain)
