at International Bridge, Vail, Colorado
• Pre-event project developement, meetings, bids. staffing, coordination with
TOV groups, writing up of TOV permit.
• Liaison with CBS4 Denver for execution of event.
• Overnight Security by 3rd party vendor (14 hrs, Lonestar Security)
• 2 event signs explaining process & rules.
• Site Manager & 2 host staff day of, for operation of event.
• 3 Tents & 2 Tables.
• Liability insurance with TOV named as additionally insured.
• Sound system for music and announce.
• Set-up and strike of event. (excluding barriers)
Cost: $4,800.00
TOV to Provide:
• Space for event at no cost.
• Barriers for participant’s line, including set-up and strike.
• electricity through existing electrical outlets.
