•Registration is anticipated to be full by July 15th
•The geographic breakdown of participants is currently 50% Out of
Town and 50% Vail Valley. Increase in participants west/north
(Steamboat) of the Vail Valley and Out of State.
•The event is 75% full at this point with waiting lists for some days
Sponsors
•Horizon Organics, Clif Kid and GoPro national sponsors have
renewed their contracts w/ larger commitment
•Spectator guide is out with more local sponsors than last year
Marketing:
•The Event has been noticed by Michelle Obama’s “Let’s Move”
initiative through the President's Council on Fitness, Sports & Nutrition
•Grass roots Marketing through Social Media and boosted posts has
proven to be the most effective way to draw attention to the event.
•Video filmed in Vail and used as a national sales sizzle reel
