I believe this is being decided this week is that correct? We're looking into quotes for a
billboard along i70, DIA digital billboard and direct mail options if the additional funding

Thanks for thinking of us! We would most certainly put that back into the marketing of the event.
Another 10k would be terrific! We have not done as much print as we’d like and could direct
dollars to 5280 or another higher end print mag. We were also discussing a bill board and this
might allow us to go in that direction. Likely could get something on I-70 for April & May, just as
ski season winds down. That would probably eat it up pretty quickly but if we could get some
good deals, any leftover dollars would go towards adding more speakers for the fest.

Hi Kristen,
Today at the Commission on Special Events meeting there was a discussion about what to do with
a surplus $10K that they have in their budget due to EdFest canceling their beer event in August.
So, I have been asked by them to inquire with a couple events about what they could do with an
additional $10K.
Would you be able to just give me a couple bullet points on what would be added or evolved if you
were granted another $10K funding for your event?
I’m not sure this will actually happen or we may open up the RFP process again for the funds. The
CSE is just not sure yet.
