Dalton Williams asked if this project should be moved down valley, since the bus system will move due to the regional transportation plan. Bob Armour stated that this project primarily takes care of the fleet that operates in the village. Jeff Bowen asked if this project would store other buses. Larry Grafel said it would be a waste of money to plan something that is undetermined at this time. Jim Morter agreed it ®s time for the Town Council to address this, but he hopes Larry's plan doesn't get bogged down waiting for the Town Council to come up with a plan® Dalton Williams suggested Phase 11 couldn't be started until, at least, a TCO for employee hGusing is received. FAev9ryone\pecVninuIes\062695 4 Greg Annsden suggested to Larry that if employee housing is left to the Town Council, this plan Is will never get going. There would be quite a bit of process time involved if Council needs to select a cleveloper. Larry Grafel said he needed a direction to take. The Phase 11 bus barn expansion is critical for the spring of 1996. revin Deighan asked if a public bid process might be required by Council following the Valt Commons route. Bob ,armour asked why replace 2 - 10 gallon underground tanks with 2 ® 1 0,000 gallon underground tanks? Jeff Bowen said Public Works should check this each spring. He also said Trees for Vail would be interested in participation in creating the wetlands. Greg Moffet requested that we amend the motion to read that the floodplain not be changed or impacted and that the proposed project would not exacerbate flooding and if it did they would mitigate the impact if it did.
