comparedtheTivolitotheproposedheightoftheRamshorn.Toddshowedtwosectionsofthe ഀ Ramshornroofplan,showingelevationsofbothbuildings.Thebuildingisproposedtobe50ft-4 ഀ inchesabovegradeonthesouthside,and55feet,11inchesonthenorthside.Hereiterated ഀ thattheRamshornbuildingwouldnotexceedtheapprovedheightoftheTivoli,whichis56feet. ഀ Toddshowedhowthebuildingcouldsupportafourthfloorbythecreationofan“exoskeleton” ഀ structure,similartothatdesignedfortheManorVailbuilding. ഀ DianeMilligansaidthattheRamshornprojectwilldifferfromtheManorVailprojectinthat ഀ Ramshornwillremovetheircurrentroof.Dianecontinuedthattheprojectisbelowallowable ഀ density,inthat16.8unitsareallowedandtheypropose16units.Theyareonlybuildingto77% ഀ ofwhattheunderlyingzoningwouldallow.Theyarefocusingonkeepingunderdensity,GRFA ഀ andstayingwithintheexistingfootprintasbesttheycan. ഀ CommissionerKjesboaskedforclarificationonthenewunits. ഀ DianeMilliganansweredthattwoofthefourthirdfloorunitsareexpandingtheirunitstothe ഀ fourthfloor.Theothertwounitswillnotconnecttothe3rdfloorunits,thuscreatingnewunits. ഀ However,thoseunitswillnotbesold. ഀ ToddDunzycontinuedthattheplansshowhatchedlinesfornewfloorarea.Regarding ഀ structuralissues,thethirdfloorwallswillbedemolishedandrebuiltwiththefourthfloor.Hesaid ഀ theyarestilldevelopingthefloorplansforeachowner. ഀ
