1. Prior to submitting for a building permit, the applicant shall demonstrate
to the satisfaction of the Town of Vail that all necessary easements
have been obtained.
2. Prior to the issuance of the first certificate of occupancy for the
project, the Applicant shall execute and record deed restrictions, in a
form approved by the Town Attorney, for the on-site employee housing
units (EHUs).
3. The building permit application shall clearly demonstrate the following:
• Turning movements for trash truck in Building Permit Set.
• Reconstructed path graded to less than 8%, with 10' long flatter
landings on each end.
• Storm Sewer that begins in private lot and crosses in Town
ROW labeled as Private Storm Sewer.
• Engineered stamped 2 & 3 tiered wall detail, providing Factor of
Safety and design assumptions and how the walls interact with
the walls on adjacent property.
• Requirement of 5' from building to feeder road per 14-3 Table 2.
• That all retaining walls on the property have a consistent gabion
facade.
