1. The applicant shall revise the north elevation of the structure to replace the areas identified as
exposed board formed concrete with stone to match the approved stone. This shall be
depicted on the plans submitted for building permit review.
2. The applicant shall revise the elevations to provide for trash enclosure doors which have
weathered steel elements to tie in with the weathered steel to be used on the elevations. This
shall be reflected on the plans submitted for building permit review.
3. The applicant shall return to the Design Review board with revised elevation drawings of the
tower element depicting changes to the proportions of the uppermost open element of the
tower prior to submitting for building permit review.
