It is recognized that the design and construction of this path is anticipated in 2018 and the Developer Improvement Agreement shall reflect this timeframe. The pedestrian walk shall be subject to the Town of Vail approval process. In addition, Vail Spa shall agree that the proposed crosswalk implementation will be delayed until such time that a safe solution is agreed upon in conjunction with the design and construction of the pedestrian walk.
