purpose of Inclusionary Zoning.
3.Prior to building permit submittal, the applicant shall work with Town of Vail staff on
possible amendments to the landscape plan, per direction provided by Town of Vail
Landscape Architect Gregg Barrie.
4.Prior to building permit submittal, the applicant shall amend the landscape plan to
remove the boulders from the one hundred year floodplain and to demonstrate the limits
of disturbance fence.
