WHEREAS, a Petition for Annexation of Territory into the Town of Vail, Colorado (a municipal corporation) has been duly filed with the Town of Vail by Vail Associates, Inc. , a Calorado corporation, and Earl V, Eaton, requesting the annexation of certain property into the Town of Vail; and, WHEREAS, all of the territory described in said Petition is owned by Vail. Associates, Inc, ,and Eari V. • Eaton, and said petition complies with the provisions and requirements contained in C. R. S, (I963} 139-21-6 {g), as amended, and .any other requirements of Chapter 139, Article 21 of C, R. S. (1903}, as amended, and, WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees for the Town of V~.il finds that annexation of 'he territory herein described is necessary and desirable, and in the best interests of the Town of Vail, and that said territory should be annexed into the Town of Vail; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAfiTED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE._TOWN OF VAIL, COLORADO, THAT: Section 1, The following described territory, owned by Vail Associates, Inc, , a Colorado corporation, and Earl V.
