Brittan, Thelma B. Brittan, J. r?itchell Hoyt, Zane Tiller I'oyt, Malcolm E. r~cAlpin, Helen A. r-?cAlpin, C. Frederic 'Beyer, and 'Marren Pulls, a general partner of Fulls Ranch, a partnership, and Vail Valley, Inc., a Colorado corporation, requesting certain property to be annexed to the Town of Vail, which property is more specifically described herein; and, WHEREAS, all of the territory described in said Petition is owned by the above-named petitioners, ai~a said Petition complies with the provisions and require- ments contained in C.R.S. (1963) 139-21-6 (g), as amended, and any ~~Pr requirements of Chapter 139, Article 21, of the Colvrad~ Revised Statutes (1963), as amended; and, WHEREAS, the Board of Vail finds that annexation described is necessary and best interests of the Tawn said annexation; Trusteec for the Town of of the territory herein desirable , and that t1iC of Vail w~_7 7 Lp ~ei•vG~i Ly NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TP.USTEES OF THE TOWN OF VAIL, COLORADO, THAT: Section 1. The following described territory, owned by~the petitioners referred to herein, is hereby annexed to the Town of Vail, Colorado: A part of the North half of the Northwest quarter and a part of the Northwest quarter of the N~rtl-east quarter of Section 9, Township 5 South, Range 80 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, County of Eagle, State of Colorado described as follows: Beginning at th© Southwest corner of said North half of the Northwest quarter; thence northerly along the West line of said North half of the Northwest quarter a distance of 435.30 feet to a point on the South line of Highway No. 6; thence on an angle to the right of 77°46'08" and along said South line a distance of 355.40 feet; thence on an angle to the right of 44°59'56" and along said South line a distance of 141.50 feet; thence on an angle to the left of 44°57'47" and along said South line a distance of 1,791.68 feet; thence on an angle to the right of 89°57'51" a distance of 54.92 feet to a point of curve ; thence along a curve to the left having a radius of 245.00 feet, a central angle of ~.7°22`52", an arc distance of 74.32 feet to a point of tangent; thence alonp_, said tangent a distance of 138.00 feet to a point of curve; thence along a curve to the right having a radius ~ ~ r ~~ of 190.00 feet, a central angle of 35°30'00", an arc distance of 117.72 feet to a point of reverse curve; thence along a curve to the left having a radius of 125.00 feet, a central angle of 42°40'00", an arc distance of 93.08 feet; thence on an angle to the left of 55°00'00", a distance of 185.00 feet; thence on an angle to the left of 17°20'21", 102.04 feet; thence on an angle to the left of 08°10'10", 157.40 feet; thence on an angle to the right of 04°30'31", 17.13 feet; thence on an angle to the right of 34028'36", a distance of 16.40 feet to a point of curve, thence along a curve to the right having a radius of 75.00 feet, a central angle of 89°31'30", an arc distance of 117.19 feet; thence on an angle to the left of 76°00'08", -• r 35.16 feet; thence on an angle to the right of 65°00'00", 204.95 feet; thence on an angle to the left of 60°00'00", 21.87 feet; thence ' on an angle to the right of 42°00'00", 57.00 felt; thence on an angle to the right of 42 00'00", 35.00 feet; thence on an angle to the right of 80°00'00", 32.00 feet; thence on an angle to the left of 104°00'001', 95.00 feet to a point of intersection with the South line of the North half of the North half of said Section 9; thence on an angle to the right of 90°00'00" and along said South line 2,913.62 feet to the True Point of Beginning. The Board of Trustees finds that this ordinance is nPCessary to protect the public health and welfare; that this ord~_nance shall become effective upon its introduction and adoption and shall be published in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado.
