ORDINANCE NO. 7

AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE ZONING FOR. A PARCEL
OF LAND SITUATED IN L.OT G OF VAI L VI LLAGE SECOND
FI LING, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF
TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOWN OF
VAI L, COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO; AMEND-
I NG THE OFFI CIA L ZONI NG MAP FOR THE TOWN OF VAI L;
AND SETTING FORTH DETAILS RELATING THERETO.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission for the Town of Vail and the
Board of Trustees for the Town of Vail have held public hearings relating
to the re-zoning of the real estate referred to and described in this ordinance;
and
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees deems it in the public interest to
re-zone the real estate described herein, and to amend the official zoning
map for the Town of Vail, in accordance with the zoning established in this
ordinance;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
FOR THE TOWN OF VAI L, COLORADO:
Section 1 . In accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 7
(Series of 1969), as amended, the following real estate is hereby re-zoned
from Public Accommodations to Multi-family District:
' A parcel of land in Lot G, Amended Map of Sheet 1 of 2
` of VAI L VI LLAGE , SECOND FILING, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot G, thence South
0°23'00" East, 214.47 feet along the East line thereof to
the Southeast corner of said Lot; thence North 75°27'00"
West, 150.00 feet along the Southerly line of said Lot;
thence North 24°41'23" East, 203.46 feet to a point on
the Northerly line of said Lot, which is on the arc of a
125.00 foot radius curve; thence Easterly on said
Northerly line, 46.29 feet along the arc of said curve
to the left, whose central angle is 21 ° 12'50" and whose
long chord bears South 79°46'35" East, 46.02 feet to a
point of tangent; thence North 89°37'00" East, 13.48
feet along said Northerly line to the point of beginning.
Section 2. The property described herein shall be subject to all
of the provisions and uses set forth in the zoning regulations for the Town
of Vail, Ordinance No. 7 (Series of 1969), as amended, which are applicable
to the Multi-family District.
Section 3. The official zoning map for the Town of Vail shall be
amended to correspond to the re-zoning of the property herein described
in order to properly incorporate and reflect the change in zone of the
subject property.
Section 4. The Board of Trustees finds that this ordinance is neces-
sary to protect the health and welfare of the Town of Vail; that this ordinance
shall he~ome effective upon its introduction and adoption and publication, and that
same should be published in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado.
