AN ORDINANCE REZONING LOTS P-1 AND P-2,
BLOCK 3, AND THE EASTERLY 160 FEET OF
TRACT F-1 AND A PORTION OF THE HANSON
~ RANCH ROAD FROM GORE CREEK ROAD TO GORE
+~ GREEK DRIVE, ALL WITHIN THE VAIL VILLAGE
FIFTH FILING, FROM PUBLIC ACCOMMODATIONS
AND HIGH DENSITY MULTIPLE FAMILY ZONES
TO PARKING AND RECREATION DISTRICT ZONES;
AND AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP TN
RELATION THERETO
WHEREAS, on the Official Zoning Map of the Town of
Vail, Colorado, Lots P-1 and P-2, the Easterly 160 feet of
Tract F-~. and the Hanson Ranch Road from Gore Creek Road to
Gore Creek Drive are currently zoned as Public Accommodations
and High Density Multiple Family;
WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 21.500 of the
Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Vail, an application for
rezoning of said property has been filed by Vail Associates,
Inc., and the All Seasons Condominium Association, request-
~ ing that said lots be rezoned to Parking and Recreation Dis-
trio zones;
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the Town of
Vail has considered the same and recommended approval of said
application to the Town Council; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council considers that it is in
the public interest to rezone said property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF VAIL, COLORADO, THAT:
(1) The Council specifically finds that the proce--
dures for the amendment of the Official Zoning Map and rezoning
of properties within the Town of Vail as prescribed in Section
C 21.500 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Vail, have been
fulfilled, and the Council hereby receives the report and
recommendation of the Planning Commission recommending the
approval of the application for rezoning of the above specified
property.

Hance, the fallowing described property is hereby rezoned from
Public Accommodations and High Density Multiple Family to
Parking and Recreation District:
i~ot P-l, Block 3 and the easterly 160 feet of
Tract F-1, Vail Village 5th Filing; dot P-2,
Vail Village 5th Filing; and a part of Hanson
Ranch Road from Gare Creek Road to Gore Creek
Drive as platted in Vail Village 5th Filing,
County of Eagle, State of Colorado, and more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a point an the Southerly line
of Hannan Ranch Road, said point being the point
of tangent of the Southeasterly curve intersec-
tion of said Hanson Ranch Road and Gore Creek
Road; thence Northeasterly along the Southerly
line of said Hanson Ranch Road and along said
tangent 32.94 feet to a point of curve; thence
along said Southerly line and along a curve to
the left having a radius of 181.41 feet, a
central angle of 47°2l'06", an arc distance of
149.92 feet to a point of reverse curve; thence
along said Southerly line and along a reverse
curve to the right having a radius of 20.00
feet, a central angle of 90°00'00", an arc dis-
tance of 33,.42 feet to a point of intersection
with the Southwesterly line of Gore Creek Drive;
thence on an angle to the left o£ 180000'00" and
along said Southwesterly line 80.00 feet; thence
on an angle to the left of 180°00'00" and along
the Northwesterly line of Hanson Ranch Road and
along a curve to the right having a radius of
20.00 feet, a central angle of 90°00'00", an
arc distance of 31.42 feet to a point of cam--
pound curve; thence along said Northwesterly line
and along said compound curve to the right having
a radius of 141.41 feet, a central angle of 47°
21'06", an arc distance of 116.87 feet to a paint
of tangent; thence along said Northwesterly line
and along said tangent 32.94 feet to a paint of
curve; thence along said Northwesterly line and
along a curve to the right having a radius of
20.00 feet, a central angle of 90°00'00", an arc
distance of 31.42 feet to a point of intersection
with the Northeasterly line of Gore Creek Road;
thence on an angle to the left of 180°00'00" and
along said Northeasterly line 80.00 feet; thence
on an angle to the left of 180°00'00" and along
the Southeasterly line of Hanson Ranch Road and
along a curve to the right having a radius of
20.00 feet, a central angle of 90°00'00", an arc
distance of 31,42 feet to the true point of begin-
ning; containing 8,579.05 square feet, more ar
less.
{3} As provided in Section 3..203 of the Zoning
Ordinance of the Town of Vail, the Zoning Administrator is
hereby directed to promptly modify and amend the Official
Zoning Map to indicate the rezoning specified in Section 2
above.
