Re: Supplemental appropriations from the General Fund
and the Capital Improvements/Open Space Fund for
repairs to the Transportation Center space leased
from the Town by the VRA, for bridge replacements
in Bighorn, and for publication of the Town's
Zoning Ordinance
Councilmembers:
Pursuant to Section 9.10 (a) of the Charter of the Town of
Vail, Colorado, I hereby certify that based on apparently
reliable information from the Finance Department there are
available for appropriation expected revenues in excess of
those estimated in the 1976 Budget and Financial Plan for
the Town of Vail which will enable the Town Council to maY.e
a supplemental appropriation of $4,000.00 for the computeri-
zation and publication of the Zoning Ordinance, and a supple-
mental appropriation of $69,000.00 from the Capital Improve-
ments/Open Space Fund for repairs to the VRA space in the
Transportation Center and for replacement of two bridges in
the Bighorn area of the Town.
Accordingly, I recommend that the Town Council promptly enact
a supplemental appropriation ordinance for these purposes.
Sincerely,
,~ ~~~
