LEGAL DESCRIPTION
Territory to be annexed to the Town of Vail, in the Conntv of F.a�le,
State of Colorado, located within the NW1/4 of Section 9, Township 5
South, Range 80 Weat of the Sixth Principal Meridian accordin� to the
Survey of said Township and Ran�e as approved bv the U.S. Surveyour
General in Derrver, Colorado on April 12, 1892; said territory to be
annexed bein� eeore particularly described as follows, to wit;
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Section 9, thence
S.89'31'49"E. 2333.84 feet, alon� the North line of said Section 9, to
a point on the noTtherly right of wsy fence line of Interstate Highway
No. 70; thence along the northerly right of way fenceline of Interstate
Highway No. 70 as follows:
S.67•41'33"W. 415.82 feet; thence S.78°13'02"W. 1534.29
feet, to a point of curvature; thence 456.43 feet on a
curve to the right with a radius of 5580.00 feet, the
chord of which bears S.80'33'38"[7. 456.30 feet to a point
on the Westerly line of said Section 9;
tfi ence departin� the northerly ri�ht of way fenctline of Interstate
Hi�hway No. 70 and following the Westerly line of said Section 9
N.00'18'21"F,. 565.11 feet to the point of be�inning.
Said parcel of land contains 17.322 acres, more or less.
