AN ORDINADTCE AMENDING SECTIOi'dS
1$.13.030 and 18.1f~.p30 OF THE VAIL
MUNICIPAL CODE BY THE ADDITION OF
PRIVATE CLUBS AS A CONDITIONAL USE
IN THE RESIDENTIAL CLUSTER AND LOW
DE1`TSITY f~lULTIPLE FAl`xILY ZONE'S AtdD
SETTING FORTH DETAILS IN RELATION
THERETO.
WHEREAS, the Department of Community Development and The
Planning Commis;ion have reviewed the prox~osed change to the
zc7ning code and both have recommended that said chance be made;
and,
C~VHERFAS, the requirements of the zoning code for Nnti_ce,
public hearing and amendment thereof have been complied with;
and,
WHEREAS, The Tawn Council is of the o?~ina.on that said
amendment is in the best interest of the public healt'~ <..nd
welfare;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE" IT ORDERED T3Y 'T'HE TO~rTrd COCTTdCIL OF Tx3E
TOWN OF VATL, COLORADO, TI-IAT
(1) Section 18.14.030 of the Vail Municipal Cade is
amended by the addition of a subparagraph "F. Private Clubs:,
to provide that private clubs may he a conditional use in
Residential Cluster Zones.
(2) Section 18.16.030 of the Vail n~lunicipal Cade is
amended by the addition of a subparagraph "F. ~?rivate Clubs",
to provide that private clubs may be a conditional use in Law
Density Multiple Family Zones.
INTRODUCED, READ ON FIRST READING, APPROVED, AND ORDERED
PUBLISi~ED ONCE IN FULL, this .4th day of October, 1977 and
a public hearing on this ordinance shall be held at the regular
meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Vail, Colorado, on

the 18th day of October, 1977, at 7:30 D.P~i., in the
S~'lunicipal Building of the Town of Vail.
