AN ORDINANCE CORRECTIhdG AN ERROR IN ORDINANCE
NO. 2, SERIES OF 1978, TO REZONE THE SOUTH 1/2
OF LOT 1, BLOCK 8 „ BiGHOR~d THIRD ADDITION AND
NOT THE SOUTH 1/2 OF LOT 1, BLOCK 3, AND AMEND-
ING THE OFFICIAL ZONING hiAP IN RELATION THERETO.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 2, Series of 1978, contained a typographical
error that described the rezoned parcel of property as the South 1/2 of Lot
1, Block 3, Bighorn Third Addition; and
WHEREAS, The description should have been the South 1/2 of Lot 1,
Block 8, Bighorn Third Addition;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE T04JN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
VAIL, COLORADO, THAT:
(1} Ordinance hdo. 2, Series of 1978, is hereby corrected by the
changing of all references thereinto "The South 1/2 of Lot 1, Block 3, Bighorn
Third Addition" shall be changed to "The South 1/2 of Lot 1, Block 8, Bighorn
Third Addition".
(2) The Zoning Administrator is hereby directed to promptly modify and
amend the offica7 zoning map to indicate this correction.
INTRODUCED, READ ON FIRST READING, APPROVED AND ORDERED PUBLISf-IED ONCE
IN FULL, this 21st day of February, 1978, and a public hearing on this ordinance
shall be held at the regular meeting of the Town of Vail on the 21st day of
February, 1978 at the regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Vail,
Colorado at the Municipal Building of the Town.
