PARCEL B OF THE ELMORE PARCELS. PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE W z OF SECTION 12, T5S, P81W
OF THE 6th P.M., EAGLE COUNTY COLORADO,
PRESENTLY OWNED BY VAIL CITY CORPORATION,
A COLORADO CORPORATION, AND ELMORE AND ASSOCIATES
A DELAWARE CORPORATION, ANNEXED TO THE TOWN
AND AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AND SETTING
FORTH FxNDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS AND OTHER DETAILS
IN RELATION THERETO
WHEREAS, the Town of Vail Colorado, hereinafter
referred to as the "Town", annexed the Elmore Parcels, property
located in the W 2 of Section 12, T5S, PS1W of the 6th P.M.,
County of Eagle, State of Colorado, effective on the 13th day
of September 1978.
WHEREAS, Chapter 18.68 of the Vail Municipal Code
of the Town of Vail, Colorado. is applicable to any area
annexed to the Town and contains procedures for the imposition
of zoning districts on an annexed area;
WHEREAS, Section 31-8-115{2), Colorado Revised
Statutes 1.973, as amended, requires the Town to bring the
annexed area under its Zoning Ordinance within ninety days
after the effective date of annexation; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested that zoning
only be considered for Parcel. B at this time with Parcels A and
C to he zoned at a later date;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF VAIL, COLORADO, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Title
This ordinance shall be known as the "Ordinance Imposing
Zoning Districts on Parcel B of the Annexed Elmore Parcels."
Section 2. Procedures Fulfilled.
The procedures for the determination of the zoning
districts to be imposed on Parcel B of the Elmore Parcels which are
prescribed in Chapter 18.68 of the Vail Municipal Code have been fulfilled,
Section 3. Imposition of Zoning Districts on Parcel B of the
Elmore Parcels; Addition to Official. Zoning Map.
Pursuant to Chapter 18.Fi8 of the Vail Municipal Code
The Elmore Parcels annexed to the Town through the enactment
of Ordinance No. 26, Series of 1978, of the Town of Vail,
Colorado, effective on the 13th day of September 1978, is
hPrehy divided into zoning districts as shown on a may incoxpor-
aced herein by reference which amends and shall become an addition
to the Official Zoning Map.
